The result is consistent, reliable service and more opportunity for our people to grow and make an impact.\nSummary:\nThis position is responsible for:\n(1) supporting the planning and execution of client projects such as rollouts, buildouts, and refreshes\n(2) acting as a liaison between client and vendor partners to coordinate project activities\n(3) learning to manage project scope, budgets, and timelines under the supervision of senior team members\n(4) developing the skills necessary to transition into a Project Manager role\nJob Responsibilities:\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.\nIdentify when escalation is needed and involve senior leadership to ensure projects meet service expectations.\nParticipate in due diligence related to local municipalities and support expeditor communication as needed.\nSupport the evaluation and vetting of subcontractor proposals and bids.\nAssist in the review and distribution of architectural drawings and project documentation.\nGain exposure to margin management and cost tracking for client accounts.\nIdentify opportunities for added value and report revenue growth potential to senior management.\nCoordinate with and support Project Specialists to ensure task completion and project milestones are met.\nContribute to the development of project scopes and strategic plans based on client requirements.\nAssist with key performance indicator (KPI) tracking and reporting for project deliverables.\nParticipate in site visits and walk-throughs to evaluate project progress and report findings to the senior team.\nServe as a key point of contact for daily client communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings.\nManage client budgets and project timelines, supporting senior staff in decision-making and issue resolution.\nSupport the planning and execution of client projects such as rollouts, buildouts, and refreshes under the guidance of Senior Project Managers and the Director of Projects.\nProficiencies.\nStrong organizational skills\nAttention to detail\nAdaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.\nPossess excellent time management skills.\nProblem resolution skills\nDisplays professional communication skills\nWork Environment/Physical & Visual Demands.\nThis position works a fluctuating schedule Monday to Friday;
