This role partners closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive successful project outcomes.\nField Operations & Project Execution\n· Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work complies with plans, specifications, and quality standards\n· Coordinate the sequencing and scheduling of subcontractors, trades, and site labor\n· Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, addressing delays proactively\n· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership\nSafety & Compliance\n· Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards\n· Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits\n· Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and incident reports\n· Respond to emergency service calls outside normal business hours as needed to meet client needs\nSubcontractor & Vendor Management\n· Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring work meets contractual and quality requirements\n· Review and approve subcontractor pay applications in partnership with Project Management\n· Resolve field-level conflicts between trades and vendors\nClient & Stakeholder Communication\n· Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and inspectors\n· Communicate project status, risks, and changes to internal and external stakeholders\n· Support change order identification and documentation\nQuality Control\n· Conduct quality inspections throughout each phase of construction\n· Identify and resolve field issues, coordinating with design and engineering teams as needed\n· Ensure punch list items are completed and closed out prior to project completion\nTeam Leadership & Development\n· Provide guidance, mentoring, and professional development support to field staff to promote growth and retention\n· Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new construction personnel\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n5-8 years of construction or facilities maintenance field supervision experience\nWorking knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and construction best practices\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications\nValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record\nPreferred:\nOSHA 30 certification\nExperience managing multiple concurrent job sites\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThis position directly supervises field superintendents, foremen, and/or site labor, and provides work direction to subcontractors on assigned projects.\nWork Environment/Physical & Visual Demands:\nThis position works a variable schedule based on project needs, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends; overtime should be expected. This role also requires availability for emergency response service outside normal business hours.\nThis position is primarily field-based, with regular travel between job sites of up to 75% required.\nPhysical Demands: Standing, Walking, Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching, Lifting up to 50lbs, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling, and Medium work.\nVisual Demands: Visual acuity to inspect work quality, read plans and specifications, and identify safety hazards.\nEnvironmental Conditions: This position is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions, construction noise, dust, and active job site hazards; use of PPE is required\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nLeo FS is an equal opportunity employer.
