You will combine strong SAP expertise with business understanding to create solutions that deliver value across markets, functions, and legal entities.\nIn ERP Product Supply / Enterprise Applications and Governance, we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability to achieve our goals.\nYour role\nAs SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Solution Architect, you will own and govern the end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash solution area across a multinational pharmaceutical environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, enterprise architects, external partners, vendors, and logistics providers.\nYour role will include:\nOwn and govern SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions covering order management, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and related finance integration.\nProvide senior-level support for complex incidents, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that solutions are properly designed, tested, documented, and transitioned into support.\nLead or support the design of e-invoicing and tax compliance solutions across relevant markets, including integration between SAP, middleware, e-invoicing platforms, and local tax authorities.\nSupport 3PL consolidation initiatives by designing and governing interfaces and processes involving EDI, APIs, IDocs, middleware, deliveries, goods issue, inventory updates, and returns.\nContribute to SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA readiness and transformation activities, including fit-gap analysis, simplification assessments, process blueprinting, custom code and interface reviews, and data readiness.\nThe role offers\nThe opportunity to own a strategically important global SAP solution area in a multinational pharmaceutical company.\nA senior position combining hands-on SAP SD expertise, solution architecture, governance, and business advisory responsibilities.\nThe opportunity to influence global process standardization and simplify a complex Order-to-Cash landscape across countries and business units.\nExposure to high-impact initiatives involving e-invoicing, tax compliance, 3PL integration, and future S/4HANA transformation.\nClose collaboration with senior stakeholders across customer service, sales, supply chain, logistics, finance, tax, legal, quality, master data, and enterprise architecture.\nYour qualifications\nTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:\nA strong track record in SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash, including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, shipping, billing, returns, and credit management.\nSolid experience with SAP pricing and billing, condition technique, SAP FI integration, accounts receivable, tax, revenue posting, and credit management.\nExperience designing SAP integrations with 3PL providers and external platforms using EDI, APIs, IDocs, and middleware.\nExperience with e-invoicing, electronic invoice formats, Peppol, local tax authority integrations, validation, and archiving.\nExperience working with SAP ECC and understanding of S/4HANA impacts, readiness activities, or migration preparation.\nExperience in pharma, life sciences, medical devices, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
