The result is consistent, reliable service and more opportunity for our people to grow and make an impact.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Technician Lead supports up to 40 field technicians across the glass, door, traditional locksmith, and safe and vault trades. This is a newly created lead role, not a management role. It adds hands-on oversight of van inventory and takes technician-support work, such as Home Depot payment requests, off the fleet manager. The team is currently 33 technicians and 36 vans and is expected to keep growing, and the role is expected to grow with it. The position is primarily office-based, with minimal field time and ride-alongs.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport field technicians as needed, including day-to-day requests such as finding parts or tools and time-off requests.\nVehicle inventory: Take responsibility for the inventory of technician vehicles, including likely quarterly checks per truck.
