You will partner with Sales during pursuit efforts to shape mission-aligned solutions, then lead onboarding, training, and operational enablement to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes. \n You will act as a trusted advisor to government, defense, and commercial partners - translating mission requirements into operational workflows and ensuring long-term adoption of LeoLabs’ capabilities. \nKey Responsibilities \nPre-Sales & Strategic Engagement \nPartner with Sales to support customer discovery, briefings, demonstrations, and RFP responses \nTranslate mission needs into operational use cases and solution frameworks \nRepresent LeoLabs in customer meetings, industry events, and regional forums \nCustomer Operations & Enablement \nLead onboarding, structured training, and operational readiness programs \nServe as the primary operational point of contact for APAC customers \nDefine success metrics and monitor adoption and usage \nProvide operational leadership during exercises or critical events \nCross-Functional Collaboration \nWork closely with Product and Engineering to represent customer requirements \nDevelop playbooks and improve operational processes across the customer lifecycle \nRequired Qualifications \n10+ years in military operations, defense, space operations, or complex technical environments \nCandidates must be based in the APAC region \nExperience in customer-facing roles supporting government or enterprise stakeholders \nStrong operational planning and execution skills \nAbility to support both business development and post-sale execution \nPreferred \nExperience in space, aerospace, or national defense organizations \nFamiliarity with SaaS platforms or technical solution design \nExperience supporting proposals or
