This role will work closely with radar systems engineers, signal processing engineers, data scientists, and software developers to deliver high-performance radar capabilities that support mission-critical customer requirements.\nThe ideal candidate has experience developing software for radar, sensor, defense, aerospace, or real-time data processing systems and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.\n*This is a remote position requiring occasional onsite travel, typically for up to one week at a time. The preferred location is the Denver, CO area.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software supporting radar data collection, processing, analysis, and operational deployment.\nDevelop interfaces and services supporting sensor operations, telemetry, data management, and mission execution.\nDevelop scalable and reliable software solutions for radar control, monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.\nCollaborate with radar systems, signal processing, infrastructure, and operations teams to integrate new capabilities into operational environments.\nSupport software architecture development and technical design reviews.\nParticipate in system integration, verification, validation, and field testing activities.\nTroubleshoot operational issues and support root-cause analysis for software and system anomalies.\nContribute to software development best practices, code reviews, and technical documentation.\nSupport customer demonstrations, technical briefings, and operational readiness activities as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n7+ years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong programming experience in Python, C++, or similar languages.\nExperience designing and developing distributed systems, APIs, and data-intensive applications.\nExperience with Linux-based development environments.\nFamiliarity with software testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nEligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Personnel Security Clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with radar systems, RF systems, signal processing, or sensor data processing applications.\nExperience supporting U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Space Force programs.\nExperience working with bare-metal systems\nFamiliarity working in constrained compute environments\nExperience working with large-scale telemetry, tracking, or real-time data processing systems.\nActive U.S. Secret or Top Secret Personnel Security Clearance.\nExperience supporting classified programs and secure computing environments.\nCompensation\nThe base salary range for this position is $173,800 + bonus + stock options + benefits \nCompensation Note: The salary range for this position is benchmarked based on the designated primary work location for the role.
