Once hurricane season is done, we transition those oxygen tanks back to the vendor.\nAssists the team as needed to process internal and external orders.\nMaintains compliance with HIPAA standards of patient and confidentiality.\nFollows up on pending orders on a daily basis; Provides an update to the Director\nAssists other leaders in the department when needed, to ensure that we are working as a team\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nWORK EXPERIENCE\nMinimum 2 years DME experience.\nPrevious supervisory experience in a customer service, healthcare, DME, or related operational environment required.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nFluent in English and Spanish required.\nTake the lead in ensuring excellence in DME customer service and order processing! As a DME Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll oversee and support Patient Care Specialists to ensure daily orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
