Titolo di studio:

Descrizione attività:

Nell’ambito dell’Unità Customer Support & Services sarà svolta attività di ILS Management e Contract Management per un contratto di fornitura a un Cliente Internazionale di velivoli ed elementi di supporto.

Le attività da sviluppare saranno le seguenti:

  • Gestione di programma:
    • Supporto nell’analisi delle performance di programma
    • Expediting su funzioni interne per monitoraggio e raggiungimento milestones di programma
    • Review periodiche con enti aziendali per monitoring/avanzamento stato del programma
    • Partecipazione a riunioni interne
    • Supporto nella preparazione briefing pack (trend, criticità, etc)
  • Gestione dei contratti:
    • Supporto nella gestione del contratto di riferimento
    • Monitoring raggiungimento milestone di programma
    • Predisposizione della documentazione in accordo ai requisiti specifici del contratto
    • Raggiungimento degli obblighi/milestone contrattuali garantendo l’avanzamento di fatturato e incassi in linea col budget;
    • Fornitura degli input per la previsione di fatturato ed incassato
    • Gestione del ciclo attivo, assicurando il caricamento degli ordini di vendita e gli input di competenza per l’emissione delle fatture a valle della verifica/validazione degli obblighi contrattuali
  • Interfaccia con il cliente:
    • Partecipazione a meeting di coordinamento con il cliente
