In addition, you may be eligible for a Temporary Accommodation Allowance (TAA), subject to specific criteria.\nWe encourage you to spend at least three days each week on site to integrate with your team and maximise your learning experience. Depending on the project you are placed with, there could be a requirement for five days per week on site.\nAs a Graduate Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will\nDesign electronic production layouts using Lean tools to improve productivity.\nFacilitate cross-functional improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.\nAnalyse workflows and data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for optimisation.\nAssist with/facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill teams in continuous improvement tools and techniques. Developing an imbedded excitement and culture of CI in manufacturing.\nDevelop and track KPIs to measure the success of improvement initiatives.\nEnsure the sustainability of our changes.\nWhat You'll Bring\nKnowledge or strong interest of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.\nExcellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills-you can bring people with you on the journey.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, ideally qualified to engineering degree level or equivalent work experience.\nResilience, adaptability, and a passion for making things better every day\nEntry Requirements\nA minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor’s/Integrated Master’s degree, or higher degree, such as MSc or PhD.\nFor this role, acceptable degree disciplines include:Engineering degrees\nMaths and Science degrees\nComputing & Digital degrees\n\nA full statement of courses and projects studied at university and corresponding grades/marks/percentage should be included in your CV.\nSecurity Clearance\nMany of our roles are subject to security and export control restrictions set by UK Government Security requirements and customer obligations.
