The role is designed for professionals at an early stage of their career who are willing to develop strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management capabilities within a complex industrial environment. \nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct audits using Group regulations and in adherence with the IIA Professional Standards.\nContribute to audit activities including planning, fieldwork, findings identification, recommendations proposal, area of risks identification, report writing and work papers management, granting the correct interaction with the auditees.\nSupport periodical follow up activities on the agreed actions plans.\nSupport the “preventive audit activities” analysing and evaluating the Internal Control System of the Company providing suggestions for its improvement.\nParticipate in risk assessment activities supporting the definition of the Audit Plan.\nBuild effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.\nSupport the development of internal audit methodologies, including the use of data analytics and emerging technologies.\nWhat you'll being\nMaster’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or in Technical/Engineering area.\nProfessional certifications (or willingness to pursue them) such as Certified Internal Auditor are considered a plus.\nExperience in External or Internal audit fields. \nUnderstanding of audit fundamentals.\nProficiency in internal audit methodology and IIA standards.\nUnderstanding of the main core business processes (e.g. logistics, procurement, accounting, legal, compliance, program management), with willingness to deepen knowledge.\nExperience in using data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, ACL, SQL or similar).\nKnowledge of UK regulatory standards.\nSecurity Clearance\nThis role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
