You will undertake assessment and analysis using various techniques including Functional Failure Analysis system requirements and Fault Tree Analysis ,to identifying and validate system requirements, influence design trade-offs and architecture to reduce safety risks.\nConduct Environmental Impact Assessments ensuring that the products are complaint with applicable legislation.\nDevelop Safety Requirements and identify appropriate verification and validation methods\nConstruct arguments, based upon evidence gathered to support safety claims. \nPresent the outcomes of safety analysis to Integrated Project Teams and Customers\nTake part in incident or observation analysis as required\nWork closely with many different engineering disciplines, customers, partners and suppliers to solve complex problems and deliver safe products\nContribute to continual improvement of the Company Safety Management System.\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou really must have:\nExperience analysing complex systems from a safety perspective, considering the system functions\nKnowledge and experience of Safety Case Report development for complex systems within an Electronics or Avionics discipline\nYou will be self-motivated, with a desire to learn new technologies and continuously refine your craft.\nAbility to work across a number of sub-system teams to develop the system solution, coping with a high degree of design complexity and significant levels of uncertainty.\nExcellent problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nExperience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders of varying seniorities.\nDue to the nature of the tasks involved, you must be able to achieve full SC clearance and to satisfy further UK eyes only and ITAR conditions.\nIt would be nice if you had:\nExperience of the following tools: CAMEO Systems Modeller, Azure, DOORS, Adelard ASCE and Isograph FaultTree+, Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)\nPrimary Location:\nGB - Luton - Cap.
