The successful candidate will lead the P4E System Integration and Qualification team, manage the integration environment and co-ordinate testing to support the delivery of the P4E product to the customer. This includes development of the Integration, verification and qualification strategies.\nThe role offers significant exposure to all aspects of the Radar domain and presents an excellent development opportunity.\nAs part of this role you will:\nGeneration of traceability through DOORS from top level system requirements into the ATD/Test Cards that contribute to release specific evidence generation\nCreate Test, Integration, acceptance & verification plan that feeds into the SEDP\nCreate Integration\nCreate Test Cards\nCreate Acceptance Test Descriptions\nCreate Acceptance Test Procedure\nCreation of Lab specific scripting of test execution and analysis\nCreate Test Reports\nAccurate and clear recording of defects\nManagement of Hardware (Radar and Test Equipment), ensuring that demand is always met\nSupport of System Problem Report (SPR) analysis and fix verification\nWhat you’ll bring\nThe successful candidate should be pro-active to ensure that the right strategy is in place & that the integration environments are ready and fit to meet the verification and qualification requirements. They should also be able to establish and maintain good lines of communication across the project, engineering disciplines and engineering management.\nMust have:\nAuthoring specifications and plans for Integration, Verification & Qualification\nLeading Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and being involved in PDRs and CDRs\nExperience of integration and test of a complex System in an integration lab environment\nExperience of DOORS, Jira & Confluence\nPrior management experience in organising a team of engineers and setting & tracking daily objectives\nNice to have but not essential:\nExperience of DOORS for system requirements and traceability of testing\nExperience of working in an Agile project environment\nSecurity Clearance\nThis role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
