Initiatives typically managed by program managers are:\nComplex configurable products are characterized by a certain degree of standardization, which benefit from an existing industrial system in which the supply chain is largely defined, and the industrial footprint is already structured to meet the demand. The complex configurable products need specific organizational or regulatory applications imposed by Customer requirements, they are offered in a multiplicity of configurations and sometimes they are ordered for the first time by a new customer;\nComplex developments and initiatives are characterized by a significant degree of innovation and / or a low degree of standardization and classified as top or primary according to the Management Complexity (based on technical complexity, multidisciplinary and articulation of the supply chain), Strategic Impact and Full Life Cost. These initiatives are organized in Integrated Project Team. (This list of projects type is indicative and for reference);\nSupport Risk Managers to identify contract risks;\nAnalyze clients requirements during the bidding phase;\nEvaluate the contract requirements to evaluate technical and economical feasibility;\nDefine the High Level schedule based on contractual milestone;\nDefine the High Level budget based on contractual requirements;\nManage the advance provision activities to start purchasing processes in advance of the contract effective date (if needed);\nIdentify the initiative cluster, based on Leonardo internal procedure;\nRequest to create the Project/Program WBS;\nOrganize the first project meeting to start the activities;\nDefine the WBS structure, OBS and identification of the SoW to engage functions;\nDefine the forecasting configuration for items without contract associated;\nManage the advance provision activities to start purchasing processes in advance of the contract effective date (if needed);\nDefine the revenues plan and perform the creation into the company tool;\nSupport the analysis of contractual requirements;\nDefine the configuration;\nSupport the definition of the Integrated Project Schedule;\nSupport the definition of the time-phased (cost planning) resources/material allocation and associated costs;\nCoordinate the project activities during each periods;\nOrganize meetings with the project team to discuss project evolution/trend and Performances;\nDefine corrective actions to guarantee the adherence to project plan;\nOrganize meetings with the client to discuss project performances/criticalities or delays (PMR/SAL);\nCollect changes required by the client (if needed);\nEvaluate the new requirements to evaluate technical and economical feasibility Negotiate with client in terms of requirements and/or revenues expected;\nSupport the update of the integrated schedule including new activities and milestones (including RfA/Delivery plan);\nReview Budget (related to financial aspects) and create a new baseline to measure the performance;\nConduct internal dry run of the final System/Product/Service to verify the adherence to contractual requirements;\nConduct dry run with the client (at Leonardo facilities) to verify the adherence to the contractual requirements (Factory Acceptance Test);\nManage transportation activities (including certification management, schedule of the activities, packaging, …;\nManage and coordinate the installation activities at client site;\nConduct dry run with the client (at Client facilities) to verify the adherence to the contractual requirements (Site Acceptance Test);\nManage the project closure activities (including WBS closure and economic plan closure);\nMonitor the post delivery activities progress to ensure the satisfaction of all the obligations and outstanding matters.\nEducation: Stem bachelor’s degree.\nSeniority: Junior\nAttitudes:\nAttitude for teamwork;\nAbility to work under pressure/stress;\nFlexibility and adaptability;\nProblem-solving oriented, ability to plan activities, and manage deadlines;\nDynamic and proactive approach to activity management.\nWorking with us you will be able to continuously face new challenges and high technological experiences constantly increasing competencies and knowledge.\nSeniority:\nJuniorPrimary Location:\nIT -
