Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world.\n We are looking for a Customer Quality Management Projects professional to ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards throughout all project phases, serving as the key interface between customers, project teams, and internal functions for all product quality-related matters.\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplement and maintain quality standards within assigned projects, including processes, methods, requirements, quality-related tools, and LEONI procedures.\nAnalyze customer quality requirements and serve as the primary customer interface for all quality-related topics and project teams.\nSupport development teams on quality planning activities, technology quality requirements, and customer-specific quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nParticipate in RFQ activities and lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) preparation, alignment, and follow-up according to customer requirements.\nContribute to D-FMEA activities, monitor component release status, and coordinate initial sample documentation, timelines, and customer agreements.\nSupport manufacturing plants in quality-related activities, including P-FMEA, Control Plans, customer visits, audits, and supplier audits when required.\nMonitor and report quality KPIs in accordance with departmental guidelines, including sampling activities and customer-specific quality metrics.\nEscalate critical project quality issues to Project Management and the Quality Management organization.\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.\n2+ years of experience in a similar role.\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\nProject Management experience.\nExperience in production/manufacturing environments.\nExperience in Supplier Management.\n Upper law benefits.\nGrocery vouchers.\nWeekly payment.\nPeople of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.\nLEONI processes your application data in an IT-system that is consistent across the company and uses Foreign Service providers.
