In this role, you will monitor and respond to security threats, support security operations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and controls. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our IT systems while helping maintain a secure and resilient environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents following established incident response procedures.\nAnalyze security events and identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks across the IT environment.\nSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies, standards, and operational procedures.\nOperate and maintain security monitoring solutions, including SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat detection tools.\nParticipate in security assessments, vulnerability management activities, and remediation initiatives.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security requirements and best practices.\nContribute to maintaining the security, reliability, and resilience of IT infrastructure and services.\n Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Security, System Administration, Network Administration, or a similar role.\nHands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring tools.\nGood understanding of cybersecurity principles, incident response processes, and security best practices.\nExperience analyzing security events and troubleshooting security-related incidents.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.\nProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.\n The ideal candidate will be willing to travel internationally when necessary, collaborate globally with support teams, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive and flexible attitude.\nPeople of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.\nLEONI processes your application data in an IT-system that is consistent across the company and uses Foreign Service providers.
