• Development and implementation of growth strategies for product areas outside of low-voltage wiring harnesses
• Examples of product areas: high-voltage wiring harnesses and system solutions in the field of electric mobility, insourcing and external business development for data cable systems, and the components business
• Further development of the product and system portfolio through an integrated approach to product and process solutions, including new supplier structures (e.g., in collaboration with Luxshare) to ensure competitive offerings
• Identification of new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and in the commercial vehicle sector
• Analysis of market, technology, and competitive developments, particularly in the areas of high-voltage architectures, E/E systems, and vehicle connectivity
• Definition of product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and business cases for new technologies in collaboration with various departments
• Building and maintaining a strategic opportunity pipeline, as well as supporting customer projects through to handover to the project organization
• Project management to support the process from strategy through to successful implementation
• Close collaboration and coordination with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, manufacturing plants, and international teams

• A successfully completed degree in engineering or business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in business development, sales, product management, or production management in the automotive industry
• Project management experience in cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: high-voltage wiring harnesses, high-voltage connection systems, charging infrastructure, data cable assemblies, or similar
• A strong understanding of trends and requirements in electric mobility as well as future vehicle platforms
• Strong customer focus, strategic thinking, and the ability to present oneself confidently in an international environment

Basic gross guaranteed salary: 2250 EUR/Brutto

The final salary may be higher than the advertised minimum and will be determined individually based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and the requirements of the position.
