Technical implementation & expertise\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate\nBuild reusable and scalable automation frameworks (e.g. REFramework)\nDevelop unattended bots\nIntegrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems\nTroubleshoot, maintain and optimize use cases and automation performance\nMaintain documentation and reusable components\n2. Solution design & consulting\nCollaborate with stakeholders to implement automation solutions\nAnalyze and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)\nTranslate requirements into technical solutions\nAdvise on feasibility and create effort estimation\nAct as consultant in automation initiatives\n3. Governance, quality & best practices\nApply RPA standards and governance models\nEnsure code quality and compliance\nPerform “code / automation project” reviews\nMaintain documentation and standards\n5.
