In addition to monitoring, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal service quality.\nWe look into automation and AI-driven tools to streamline our processes and continuously seek ways to enhance our systems and stay on top of technology. This role includes a highly attractive and competitive shift allowance.\nThis is a hybrid position in Sliema.\nYOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:\nAutomating processes and leveraging AI-based tools to make our tasks more efficient and predictive.\n\nExploring AI/ML-driven monitoring and anomaly detection to identify potential issues before they impact service.\n\nAssisting in the evaluation and adoption of AI-assisted tools for incident triage, root cause analysis, and knowledge base generation.\n\nActs as a focal point for outages until restoration, facilitating communication with stakeholders as necessary.\n\nMaintain, escalate and update NOC related tickets whilst making sure that new and updated existing knowledge base articles are documented.\n\nDeliver on KPI’s set internally as well as adhere to SLA’s with regard to service delivery to other departments.\n\nCertificate Management.\n\nUsing ITIL Best Practice to handle service requests, incidents and change requests.\n\nOUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:\nESSENTIAL SKILLS\nKnowledge of networking essentials.\n\nKnowledge of Linux operating systems.\n\nExperience in working with monitoring tools.\n\nFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts as applied to IT operations (AIOps) - e.g. anomaly detection, predictive alerting.\n\nInterest in or exposure to AI-powered tools for log analysis, ticket triage, or root cause analysis.\n\nExperience working with cloud platforms.\n\nKnowledge of DNS & SSL Termination and domain management.\n\nKnowledge of Kubernetes concepts.\n\nWHO WE ARE\nAt the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
