ABOUT THE ROLE As part of a talented 10-person team, you will act as a trusted technical partner to stakeholders and process owners across all global departments. You will work closely with our process improvement specialists to turn operational workflows into optimized, automated systems. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and complementary RPA platforms. Building and deploying autonomous AI agents using frameworks like Google ADK and Claude to enable multi-step reasoning and complex workflows. Integrating advanced AI capabilities into workflows, including natural language processing (NLP), document understanding, and generative AI patterns. Evaluating business use cases to architect the right solution, deciding whether a process is best served by traditional RPA, an AI agent, or a hybrid approach.
