Your work will contribute to delivering a secure, seamless, and engaging experience for customers across all our brands.\nIn this role, you will support the development of our Sportsbook platform by designing effective tests and defining clear testing scopes aligned with business needs. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with skilled Java and TypeScript engineers, along with other QA specialists, to deliver high-quality solutions for a reliable and engaging betting experience.\nYOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nDesigning, executing, and maintaining test cases for backend and frontend components\n\nIdentifying opportunities for automation across the sports betting flow and contributing to their implementation\n\nSupporting the design and maintenance of automated tests (service, API, UI)\n\nCollaborating with developers and QAs to define testing scope and ensure adequate test coverage\n\nExecuting manual and automated tests as part of the development lifecycle\n\nReporting, tracking, and verifying defects, ensuring timely resolution\n\nContributing to improving test processes, reliability, and overall product quality\n\nCommunicating risks and findings clearly to team members and stakeholders\n\nOUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING\nESSENTIAL SKILLS\nExperience with backend test automation using Java\n\nPractical experience with automated API testing\n\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and basic understanding of microservices architecture\n\nProficiency with test management tools (e.g. TestRail or similar)\n\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum and modern software development practices\n\nNICE TO HAVES\nExperience with frontend testing including UI automation using Typescript (Playwright)\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines\n\nBasic knowledge of event-driven systems (e.g. Kafka)\n\nExperience with performance testing\n\nISTQB certification\n\nInterest in or experience with the iGaming domain\n\nWHAT WE VALUE\nProactive mindset - you identify issues and opportunities to improve quality\n\nCollaborative approach - you work closely with developers, PMs, and other QAs\n\nCuriosity about the product - you want to understand the betting domain, not just test it\n\nWHO WE ARE\nAt the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
