That covers every function: marketing, CRM, product and operations, and how together they drive revenue.\nYou'll work with the Country Director and their functional leaders every week. You'll run the monthly and quarterly business reviews and explain to the Executive Committee how the market has performed. You'll help shape the annual strategy, and you'll challenge the Country Director when the numbers point somewhere else. Rest of World is a priority for the Group, so your work will be seen. You' will be a part of the senior performance analytics team, and the role gives you plenty of room to grow.\nYOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:\nOwn the performance numbers for your market and explain what is driving results\n\nTurn analysis into clear recommendations for the Country Director and functional leaders\n\nRun the monthly and quarterly business reviews and present market performance to the Executive Committee\n\nHelp shape the market's annual strategy and feed driver-level inputs into the forecast\n\nTake complex business questions from first framing to a clear recommendation\n\nOwn the market's KPIs and dashboards, working with central BI, data engineering and data science\n\nLead analytics projects with central data teams and guide other analysts in the team\n\nUse AI tools to work faster and bring structure to your analysis\n\nOUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:\nESSENTIAL SKILLS\nYou've worked around seven years in commercial analytics or consulting at a strong digital business. Fewer if you come from a top-tier strategy consultancy\n\nYou understand how marketing, CRM, product and operations connect, and you can explain the whole picture of how a business performs\n\nYou frame unstructured problems, find the answer and present it clearly to senior leaders. That includes challenging them when the evidence says so\n\nYou write strong SQL, work confidently in Tableau and GCP or similar tools, and use AI tools in your daily work\n\nYou've led analytics projects and guided other analysts, without needing line management to do it\n\nNICE TO HAVES\nExperience in online gambling, sports betting or another regulated digital sector\n\nPython or R for analysis\n\nWHO WE ARE\nAt the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
