As the first point of contact for many injured clients and visitors dealing with the stress of accidents, you will set the tone for the firm. You will greet people, answer calls, and make sure every caller reaches the right team quickly and with empathy.\nThis is a full-time, in-person position in our Yuma, AZ, office. Compensation includes a competitive hourly salary, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus and benefits.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnswer a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally, in English and Spanish, and route calls to attorneys, case managers, intake staff, or other team members; take accurate, detailed messages when staff is unavailable.\nGreet every visitor promptly and courteously; assist new and current clients with documentation requests and connect them with an intake specialist or attorney.\nKeep the reception area clean, welcoming, and accessible, and maintain office supplies\nReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries; prepare outgoing mail.\nProtect client confidentiality and handle sensitive personal, medical, and financial information with discretion.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role.\nBilingual in English and Spanish; Clear, professional phone manner and strong spoken and written English and Spanish.\nComfort with computers, including email, scheduling software, and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.\nAbility to work on-site in Yuma during regular business hours.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in a law firm, medical office, or insurance office.\nFamiliarity with legal case management software (for example, Litify, Clio, or Filevine) and multi-line phone systems.\nSkills and attributes:\nEmpathy and patience with people who may be in pain, upset, or overwhelmed.\nComposure when phones are ringing and visitors are waiting.\nAttention to detail in taking messages, recording contact information, and logging documents.\nDiscretion with confidential client information.\nDependability, including punctuality and consistent attendance, since the front desk must be covered every business day.\n Willingness to pitch in wherever the office needs help.\nEqual Opportunity Statement\nLerner & Rowe Injury Attorneys is committed to the principles of equal employment.
