métiers.\nVos principales missions seront :\nParticiper aux ateliers avec les équipes métiers, IT et Data Scientists afin de comprendre les besoins et identifier les cas d’usage IA.\n\nDévelopper, entraîner et optimiser des modèles d’intelligence artificielle et de Machine Learning.\n\nExploiter les outils d'IA générative et d'agentic coding pour accélérer le développement tout en garantissant la qualité du code.\n\nConcevoir et développer des APIs et microservices pour intégrer les modèles IA aux applications existantes.\n\nMettre en place des pipelines MLOps pour automatiser l’entraînement, le déploiement, le versioning et le monitoring des modèles.\n\nAssurer les tests automatisés et la validation des modèles en matière de performance, de robustesse et de biais.\n\nOptimiser les performances des solutions développées : latence, coûts et scalabilité.\n\nRédiger la documentation technique et partager les bonnes pratiques de développement assisté par IA.\n\nProfil recherché\nCompétences techniques attendues :\nPython : expertise en développement et bonnes pratiques de qualité logicielle.\n\nIA / ML : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face et LangChain.\n\nIA générative et LLM : fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG et développement d'agents IA.\n\nAgentic coding : GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code et ChatGPT.\n\nCloud : AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning ou GCP Vertex AI.\n\nMLOps et DevOps : pipelines CI/CD, Git, GitLab/GitHub, Docker et Kubernetes.\n\nDéveloppement d'APIs : FastAPI, Flask et REST.\n\nData Engineering : preprocessing, feature engineering et pipelines de données.\n\nBases de données : SQL, NoSQL et bases vectorielles.\n\nTests et qualité : pytest, unittest et couverture de code.\nla maîtrise de
