This includes servers, networks, storage systems, and related hardware/software to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting end-users, and supporting infrastructure projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nInfrastructure Maintenance & SupportMonitor and maintain servers, networks, and storage systems.\nPerform routine system checks, backups, and updates.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.\n\nUser SupportProvide technical assistance to staff on infrastructure-related issues.\nRespond to support tickets and escalate complex problems when necessary.\nTrain users related best practices for IT systems and security.\n\nSystem AdministrationManaging user accounts, permissions, and access controls.\nEnsure patch management and system updates are applied regularly.\nMaintain documentation of infrastructure configurations and changes.\n\nNetwork & SecurityManaging control on network performance and implement improvements.\nManaging firewall, VPN, and security system management which deployed in local end market.\nLeading compliance related IT security policies and standards.\n\nProject SupportAssist Center of Expertise in IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments.\nCollaborate with regional/group IT teams on new technology implementations.\nManaging disaster recovery planning and testing with user\nLeading hyper-care system implementation as part of change management\n\n Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management.\nKnowledge of:Windows/Linux server administration\nNetworking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)\nVirtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)\nCloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and teamwork abilities.\nEnglish is a must\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with IT tools (e.g. Checkpoint, SASE, O365)\nFamiliarity with ITIL practices.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity principles.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.\nWorking Conditions\nBased in the IT department, supporting all business units.\nMay require occasional after-hours
