Currently, We employ more than 200 individual\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables\nDevelop comprehensive global timeline for the project\nCreate and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software, considering factors such as equipment lead times, construction timelines, permitting, co-activity, commissioning activities…\nMonitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks that could impact the project timeline\nIdentify and monitor critical path\nPropose solutions for timing optimization during the project realization\nIdentify and resolve project roadblocks and bottlenecks, working closely with the project team to find solutions\nCommunicate project status and updates to stakeholders on a regular basis, including providing recommendations for corrective actions\nFacilitate project meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making\nPrepare and communicate 3-weeks look ahead schedule\nMake sure all HSE policies are strictly taken into consideration in the time schedule\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and lessons learned\nProvide guidance and support to project team members\nEnsure schedule reviews regularly with suppliers and contractors, challenge them, report and follow-up accordingly\nDevelop specific time schedule for commissioning and start-up, including resource identification\nCoordinate with Operations for commissioning and start-up\n Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related technical field\n5+ years of experience in project planning, specifically in the industrial or manufacturing sector\nProficient in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)\nStrong understanding of industrial processes, equipment, and construction methodologies\nAbility to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nProven track record of successfully managing time schedule management on industrial projects from inception to completion\nKnowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their application in industrial settings\nComputer skills:\nProficient in Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook,
