Given the nature of prepaid digital content - which includes airtime, data, prepaid electricity units, bill payment capacity, and vouchers - stock management in this context refers to the availability and integrity of digital inventory within the organisation's transaction platforms. The role ensures that stock levels are adequate to meet demand, that replenishment is triggered in a timely manner, and that all inventory movements are accurately recorded and reconciled.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nMonitor real-time digital stock levels across all content categories including airtime, data, prepaid electricity, bill payments, and vouchers.\nInitiate and process stock replenishment orders in accordance with minimum threshold levels and demand forecasts in a timely manner based on supplier lead times.\nReconcile stock received against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of inventory records and flagging discrepancies to the Supplier Manager.\nMaintain up-to-date stock registers and generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock position reports.\nWork closely with the Treasury / Float Manager to ensure stock purchases are aligned with available float and cash flow positions.\nLiaise with suppliers and internal operations teams to resolve stock delivery failures, shortfalls, or system loading issues.\nSupport the identification of slow-moving, expired, or underperforming stock and escalate to the Procurement Manager.\nAssist with internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory documentation.\nContribute to the development and improvement of stock management processes and controls.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years' experience in a stock control, inventory management, or operations role.\nExperience in a digital, telecoms, or fintech environment is advantageous.\nStrong numerical accuracy and reconciliation skills.\nProficiency in stock management systems and Microsoft Excel.\nAbility to work under pressure
