Title: AutoCount Software Support Executive\n\nJob Summary\n\nProvide technical and functional support for AutoCount software, helping customers resolve issues and use the system effectively in their daily accounting and business operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nHandle customer enquiries and support requests through phone, email, chat and remote support.\n\nTroubleshoot issues relating to accounting transactions, invoicing, purchasing, inventory and reporting.\n\nGuide users on system functions, settings and common operational procedures.\n\nAssist with software installation, configuration, updates and database backup procedures.\n\nInvestigate reported issues, document findings and escalate complex cases to the technical team or software vendor.\n\nMaintain accurate support records and follow up on outstanding cases until resolution.\n\nCoordinate with the implementation and sales teams on customer requirements and additional service requests.\n\nHandle customer information securely and follow company procedures when accessing customer systems. \n\nRequirementsDiploma in Accounting, Information Technology, Business or a related field, or relevant working experience.\n\nKnowledge of accounting principles and common business processes.\n\nExperience with AutoCount or other accounting software is an advantage.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.\n\nAble to explain system functions clearly to users with different levels of technical knowledge.\n\nOrganised, patient and able to manage multiple support requests.\n\nBasic
