The Team Lead processes work order requests and ensures timely resolution.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAssist in the coordination and execution of the complete work order life cycle from creation to resolution\n\nManage vendors to ensure services are completed within agreed upon SLA’s\n\nCollaborate with District Lead to work cross-functionally with other teams to manage vendors in region(s)\n\nDevelop client relationships;
