Responsibilities:
Collaborate to ensure the production schedule is followed efficiently on your assigned line.
Manage the stocking of individual workstations and oversee the removal of finished products using a forklift.
Train new employees and assist in the execution of training plans.
Work alongside the Supervisor to identify and implement improvements in department efficiency.
Conduct quality checks, including verifying correct stacking, labeling, and processing of materials on your line.
your profile
Profile:
Previous experience as a team leader is an advantage.
Valid forklift driver's certificate.
Proficiency in computer use.
Ideally, you have a background in technical training.
Fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Ability to perform physical tasks with ease.
Willing to work in 2 shifts.
