The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, practical experience with accounting software, and sound knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.\n\nRecord and manage company income, expenses, and general ledger transactions.\n\nMonitor accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.\n\nManage petty cash, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and cash flow.\n\nProcess payroll and ensure compliance with applicable Ethiopian tax obligations, including VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and E-Tax reporting.\n\nPrepare tax reports and ensure timely fulfillment of statutory financial obligations.\n\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.\n\nMaintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.\n\nConduct internal financial checks, support audits, and assist with year-end account closing.\n\nMaintain procurement and office accounting records and perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance.\n\nStrong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, accounting principles, and financial reporting.\n\nProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.\n\nPractical experience using the E-Tax portal.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nHigh level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.\n\nAbility to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.\n\nExperience in the import-export or audit sector is
