我们正在为一所台州的学校招聘学术副组长，到岗时间为尽快。

岗位职责

• 牵头高中部Alevel课程教学计划的制定和实施，执行课程并带领团队不断改进学本的编写和使用。
• 参与学部设计和教材编写工作，参加相关的各类线上和线下会议与培训。
• 以全英文或双语进行学科的教学;
• 引领课堂教学模式变革，打造以学生为中心、以探究学习为核心的数学课堂
• 组织学科组开设课后选修课程，丰富跨年级、学科教育机会
• 组织和领导学科组会议和教研，促进教师之间的交流与合作，分享教学经验和资源
• 参与学校活动、家长面谈、职业发展会议等
• 完成学校布置的其它任务
• We are currently recruiting an academic deputy head for a school in Taizhou. The expected start date is as soon as possible.
• Job Responsibilities
• Take the lead in formulating and implementing the teaching plan for A-level courses in the high school department, execute the courses and lead the team to continuously improve the compilation and use of textbooks.
• Participate in the design of the department and the compilation of teaching materials, attend various online and offline meetings and training sessions.
• Teach subjects in English or bilingual.
• Lead the transformation of classroom teaching models, creating a mathematics classroom centered on students and based on inquiry learning.
• Organize after-class elective courses for the subject group to enrich cross-grade and cross-subject educational opportunities.
• Organize and lead subject group meetings and teaching research, promoting communication and cooperation among teachers, sharing teaching experiences and resources.
• Participate in school activities, parent interviews, career development meetings, etc.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the school

Requirements

• 本科及以上相关专业
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

Bachelor's degree or above in a related field

Teacher qualification certificate Good communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
