副运营总监

我们正在为一所成都的国际学校招聘副运营总监，到岗时间为尽快。

工作职责

负责日常行政部门运营的监督与管理，保障行政工作高效有序开展;

统筹学校安全管理工作，建立健全安全防控机制，妥善处理各类紧急事件;

维护对外联络渠道，搭建并深化政府关系，保障学校各项业务合规推进;

协调行政与学术等跨部门工作，推动信息互通与协作，助力学校整体运营目标达成。

We are currently recruiting an assistant operations director for an international school in Chengdu. The expected start date is as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operation of the administrative department to ensure the efficient and orderly conduct of administrative work;

Coordinate the school's safety management, establish and improve the safety prevention mechanism, and properly handle various emergencies;

Maintain external communication channels, build and deepen government relations, and ensure the compliance of all school operations;

Coordinate cross-departmental work such as administrative and academic affairs, promote information exchange and collaboration, and help achieve the overall operational goals of the school.

Requirements

拥有10 年及以上行政运营与综合管理工作经验;

具备5 年及以上国际学校或双语学校同岗位工作经历;

英文能力良好，可满足工作沟通需求。

Have at least 10 years of experience in administrative operations and comprehensive management;

Have 5 years or more of similar job experience in international schools or bilingual schools;

Have good English proficiency to meet the communication needs of the job.
