You know how to balance scope, timelines, and quality while ensuring every team member has what they need to succeed.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive Production & Delivery\nOwn the end-to-end production process for EdTech curriculum development and platform integration, from concept through release and ongoing support\n\nDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies that keep teams aligned and projects on track\n\nProactively identify potential risks and roadblocks, then solve them before they impact delivery\n\nBuild Bridges & Enable Teams\nServe as the primary liaison between curriculum developers, engineers, designers, researchers, and educators to ensure unified vision and seamless execution\n\nFacilitate clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders so nothing gets lost in translation\n\nAct as an advocate for your teams, securing the tools, resources, and support they need to accomplish their goals\n\nManage Pipelines & Process\nEstablish and refine production pipelines that help teams work efficiently without sacrificing quality\n\nMaintain deep understanding of project scope, educational objectives, technical constraints, and timelines to provide expert guidance on development pathways\n\nCollaborate with quality assurance teams to establish rigorous testing and review processes for curriculum content across platforms\n\nPartner for Success\nWork closely with internal and external stakeholders (including educational partners) to ensure cohesive, integrated production\n\nDevelop strong understanding of our technical architecture and development processes to effectively troubleshoot issues and remove blockers\n\nBalance the artistic, educational, and technical aspects of interactive curriculum development to deliver exceptional learning experiences\n\nWhat You Bring\nMust Have:\n6+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in EdTech, interactive media, digital product development, or related fields with a focus on complex, multi-disciplinary projects\n\nProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and keep sophisticated digital projects moving forward on time and within scope\n\nStrong understanding of digital development processes and the unique considerations of building interactive experiences\n\nTrack record of being a partner and enabler rather than a gatekeeper-you clear paths, you don't create obstacles\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical, creative, and educational stakeholders\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with live service products, including release pipelines, build processes, and live incident management\n\nBackground in EdTech or deep understanding of educational principles and curriculum development\n\nExperience defining and implementing features that bridge different disciplines or technical systems\n\nFamiliarity with modern development frameworks and tools (Unreal, Unity, Godot, or similar platforms)\n\nExperience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up
