This role streamlines processes, reduces workload for Sales Managers and Coordinators, and serves as the operational backbone of the department - handling everything from floor plans and signage to event systems and closeouts, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue-generating activities.\nA successful Events Admin will be a strong developer of relationships and people, enforcer of high standards and driver of event sales. The Level99 Events Admin has honesty and personal integrity that is above reproach, choosing humility over the need to “be right,” and in all things acts as though s/he is the Owner and Operator of the Level99 events business.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDetail definite events (timelines, signage, internal notes)\nBuild custom floor plans and manage guest layouts\nBuild and update events in StaffApp\nCreate, print, and organize all weekly event signage\nGenerate and manage event leaderboards\nTrack and maintain SmartWaiver submissions\nSet up and maintain events in StaffApp\nCoordinate internal handoffs with operations (Event AOR Manager)\nMaintain BEO accuracy and follow-up\nAttend and contribute to weekly BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings\nReconcile event execution in TS with Toast receipts and close out files accordingly\nAssist in training Event Captains\nOther duties, as assigned\nMUST-HAVE SKILLS\nAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\nHigh integrity and professionalism\nHigh School education or equivalent \nUnderstands, utilizes and embraces new technology and its implementation into our operation, with specific knowledge in, but not limited to, Microsoft Office\nA positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude -
