The HR Generalist is passionate about getting the details right, anticipating team members and management needs, and advancing the Level99 brand.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nTalent Acquisition:\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, active sourcing, and facilitating the onboarding process. Requisitions range from G&A roles to operational roles at our hospitality-focused entertainment venues. \nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and contribute to the development of effective hiring strategies.\nEmployee Relations:\nAct as a trusted advisor to team members and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.\nAddress and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.\nHR Policies and Compliance:\nAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.\nKeep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.\nPerformance Management:\nSupport performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.\nProvide guidance to managers on effective performance management and employee development.\nPayroll & Benefits Administration:\nAssist in the payroll process, including the upkeep for information within our UKG platform.\nAdminister employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.\nMaintain a positive, upbeat, pro-active attitude and deliberately inspire the same in co-workers.\nWorking on special projects, and other duties, as assigned.\nMUST-HAVE SKILLS\n8+ years of Human Resources experience; with experience in the hospitality industry\nExperience with recruitment, including active sourcing.\nExperience with employee relations - especially understanding the dynamics of the service industry.\nMust possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.\nMust have the ability to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members as an ambassador of the Level99 brand.\nMust be able to navigate confidential matters with tact and diplomacy.\nStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.\nRequires strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.\nAbility to travel periodically as required for staffing and operations in multiple venues.\nA reliable car, current driver's license and safe driving record are required.\nOTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE\nBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or a related business field, or equivalent experience required\nMulti-state knowledge and experience\nExperience with the UKG HRIS\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems\nFamiliarity with Human Resources law and compliance\nKnowledge of a second language, particularly Portuguese or Spanish, a
