OVERVIEW As a Human Resources (HR) Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, inclusive of employee relations and talent acquisition. This is a hands-on role that directly impacts the team delivering high-energy guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the hospitality and restaurant industries is a plus. The HR Generalist is passionate about getting the details right, anticipating team members and management needs, and advancing the Level99 brand. RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, active sourcing, and facilitating the onboarding process. Requisitions range from G&A roles to operational roles at our hospitality-focused entertainment venues. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and contribute to the development of effective hiring strategies. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to team members and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
