role model and thought partner within the product organization:\nAI-powered product discovery and delivery methods\nHigh-rigor experimentation and decision-making\nScalable, results-focused product delivery\nCore Responsibilities\nStrategy Ownership & Execution\nBe responsible for a significant product area and drive execution against a defined strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term platform direction.\nContinuously refine strategy based on customer insight, data, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.\nTranslate strategy into clear multi-quarter roadmaps, investment trade-offs, and success metrics.\nDrive alignment across product, engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams.\nAI-Native Product Leadership\nLead product discovery and delivery using AI-enabled workflows (e.g., rapid prototyping, automation-assisted analysis, iterative improvements).\nPartner closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI-powered customer experiences, from early concepts through production and iteration.\nEnsure AI-driven features are trustworthy, measurable, and meaningfully improve user and business outcomes.\nContribute to shared standards for responsibly shipping AI capabilities in enterprise software.\nProduct Ownership & Multi-Squad Delivery\nServe as the product manager across one or more squads, accountable for outcomes rather than output.\nDrive complex initiatives from discovery through general availability, leading dependencies and cross-team coordination.\nBalance innovation with platform quality, scalability, and technical debt considerations.\nEnsure strong product quality through clear requirements, testing alignment, and post-launch validation.\nCustomer, Market & Insight Leadership\nMaintain a deep understanding of customer workflows, difficulties, and success criteria particularly within enterprise environments.\nEngage directly with customers to validate problems, test solutions, and refine value propositions.\nStay informed on digital accessibility standards and regulatory trends and how they intersect with modern enterprise technology.\nMonitor market and competitive signals and proactively adapt product direction.\nTeam & Org Impact\nModel Senior PM behaviors and expectations across:\nCritical thinking and execution\nData fluency and insight generation\nTechnical depth and system understanding\nUser empathy and evidence-based decision-making\nMentor and influence other PMs through thought partnership, feedback, and example.\nAct as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, clearly articulating trade-offs, risks, and rationale.\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with shown success operating at a Senior PM level.\nExperience owning strategy and execution for complex platform or SaaS products.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver outcomes across multiple squads or large product areas.\nStrong technical fluency, including a working understanding of modern web technologies and system architecture.\nExperience contributing to or shipping AI-enabled or data-driven product features.\nHigh data literacy, including defining success metrics, running experiments, and tying decisions to business outcomes.\nStrong communication and stakeholder influence skills.\nStrongly Preferred\nExperience working in an environment using AI-enabled product discovery and delivery practices.\nExperience building products for enterprise, developer, or technically sophisticated users.\nFamiliarity with digital accessibility standards and conformance workflows.\nComfort driving alignment and decision-making across disciplines without direct authority.\nNice to Have\nBackground in software engineering, QA automation, or data-oriented roles.\nExperience building tools that support remediation, compliance, or continuous improvement workflows.\nKnowledge of evolving digital accessibility regulations and performance bar for the broader product team\nShips high-quality products that deliver measurable customer and business impact\nCompensation and Benefits\nThis is a full-time position. The annual base salary hiring range for this position is USD $121,000.00 - USD $160,000 for employees located in the United States and CAD $105,000- CA$176,000 for employees located in Canada. The salary range reflects expected base pay for this role at the time of posting. The compensation package offered will be determined by factors such as demonstrated experience, skills, and internal equity. Expected base pay hiring ranges for candidates outside of the United States and Canada will be reviewed during the interview process, if selected.
