PowerApps at LevelShift, you will:\nDesign and develop custom applications using PowerApps (Canvas, Model-Driven) integrated with Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 services.\nLeverage Copilot for PowerApps to accelerate development, generate formulas, and enhance user interface and experience.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into functional, scalable solutions.\nImplement AI-driven features and automation to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.\nEnsure application security, compliance, governance, and performance optimization across the Power Platform environment.\nPrepare documentation, training materials, and provide user support for deployed applications.\nCollaborate with the Technical Lead to identify optimal solutions, perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior team members.\nSupport pre-sales activities, including solution walkthroughs, effort estimation, and PoC development.\n\nYour Skillset\n7+ years of experience in PowerApps, Power Platform, or related low-code/no-code application development roles.\nProven experience in designing and developing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and/or Power Pages.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, business rules, and workflows.\nHands-on experience in developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Power Automate flows.\nExperience using Copilot for PowerApps and AI-assisted development for faster and smarter solution delivery.\nFamiliarity with FetchXML, Power Fx, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for advanced customization.\nKnowledge of Power Platform security concepts such as role-based access control, authentication, and environment governance.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications effectively.\nWhy LevelShift\nWork with a digital-first team building
