# Maintenance Lead

Introduction Our client, a technology-enabled security and surveillance business, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across a large public-space CCTV network. The position is based in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, with regular field-based work at operational sites. Candidates should therefore be comfortable travelling to sites as required. The successful candidate will guide technicians, contractors and service providers, prioritise faults and outages, monitor maintenance performance and drive the timely resolution of technical issues. The role also includes oversight of new camera activations, connectivity, hardware installations, asset control and maintenance documentation. It requires someone with practical CCTV, networking and field-maintenance experience who can coordinate teams while remaining technically involved in fault resolution and quality control.
