We seek a technical expert with a comprehensive understanding of HubSpot's current capabilities, who excels at translating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and thrives on end-to-end project ownership. This is a permanent, fully remote position operating on a UK night shift schedule from the Philippines.\n\nSchedule & Work Setup\n\n• Shift: Permanent night shift aligned with UK business hours: 5:00 engineer technically complex components, including custom-coded actions, programmable automation, custom objects, sophisticated integrations, and HubSpot's AI features.\n\nSpearhead data migrations from legacy platforms and conduct rigorous code and build reviews for junior colleagues.\n\nTake full ownership of system testing, client sign-off, and successful go-live phases, followed by delivering effective training and driving high user adoption rates.\n\nServe as the primary technical liaison for clients, adeptly managing expectations and navigating challenging conversations regarding scope and timeline adjustments.\n\nCollaborate on pre-sales activities by scoping and estimating work, and maintain strict change control protocols on active builds.\n\nLeverage advanced AI tools to accelerate and optimize the creation of specifications, code, testing protocols, and documentation.\n\nRequirements\n\nHubSpot Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience, preferably within a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency or technical consultancy.\n\nUp-to-Date HubSpot Knowledge: Advanced expertise in the HubSpot ecosystem, specifically in deploying modern AI features (e.g., Breeze agents, AI workflow actions) within client builds.\n\nSolution Design: Proven end-to-end solution design experience—leading discovery, architecting the solution, and managing testing and launch, rather than just executing predefined configurations.\n\nHub Coverage: Extensive mastery of at least three HubSpot Hubs, with deep technical proficiency in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Data Hub (formerly Operations Hub).\n\nComplex Builds: Demonstrated ability to execute complex builds involving custom-coded actions, programmable automation, custom objects, calculated properties, and multi-pipeline architectures.\n\nConnecting Systems: Strong integration skills using APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato) to connect HubSpot with external platforms like email, Slack, and Clay.\n\nClient-Facing Work: Exceptional client-facing communication skills, with a track record of leading technical workshops and articulating complex decisions to non-technical audiences.\n\nDocumentation: Excellence in technical documentation, consistently producing precise solution designs, specifications, and handover notes.\n\nNice-to-haves\n\nPossession of
