Casino & Hospitality\nLocation: Limassol, Cyprus\nEmployment Type: Full-Time | On-Site\nIndustry: Casino & Hospitality\nJob Description\nLevergate Recruitment Services is recruiting an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent on behalf of a leading international luxury casino resort in Limassol, Cyprus.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys communicating with people, building customer relationships and working in a dynamic hospitality and entertainment environment.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for contacting existing and potential customers, promoting exclusive resort experiences, special offers and complimentary stays, and encouraging reservations and repeat visits.\nThe role combines outbound sales, customer engagement, relationship management and hospitality marketing, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote resort facilities, services, special offers and promotional campaigns.\nEncourage customer bookings, repeat visits and engagement with the resort's offerings.\nPresent and coordinate promotional packages, complimentary stays and exclusive customer offers.\nIdentify potential sales opportunities and follow up with interested customers.\nBuild and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.\nHandle customer enquiries and objections professionally, using effective communication and sales techniques.\nAchieve individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs.\nMaintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up.\nCollaborate with sales, marketing and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.\nEnsure compliance with internal procedures, gaming regulations and customer data protection requirements.\nStay informed about resort services, facilities, events and current promotions.\nRequirements\nFluent Greek and English, both written and spoken.\nAdditional languages such as Hebrew, Arabic or Russian will be considered an advantage.\nPrevious experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centres, customer support, hospitality or Forex is an advantage.\nStrong communication, interpersonal and telephone sales skills.\nConfident in approaching customers, presenting offers and handling objections.\nCustomer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.\nTarget-driven mindset with strong organisational and time-management skills.\nGood computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\nDiploma or degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.\nAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for someone who is:\nConfident and persuasive -
