Responsibilities:\n Identify and research new business prospects in Germany.\n Establish an initial point of contact with prospective clients.\n Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.\n Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities.\n Identify and prioritize high-potential marketing leads.\n Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects.\n Present the company’s services and solutions to potential customers at conferences and other business events.\n Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.\n Requirements:\n 4+ years of experience in B2B Business Development in IT outsourcing or outstaffing companies.\n Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.\n Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.\n Ability to understand prospects’ needs, assess business fit, and identify potential opportunities.\n Strong organizational and time-management skills.\n Experienceworking with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data.\n Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.\n German C1+ and English C1+ are a must\n Ability to
