HR Business Partner
LeverX is looking for an HR Business Partner to support business units on HR matters. This is a great opportunity for a specialist looking to grow in the HR BP direction.
Responsibilities:

Support the HR BP/manager in talent acquisition processes together with department heads

Organize meetings with employees and their managers, participate in 1-on-1 meetings

Support the performance review process

Assist with onboarding of new employees

Collect feedback from teams

Participate in interviews, assist in presenting job openings and the company to candidates

Maintain reporting and work with the employee database
Requirements:

Experience with objection handling and willingness to develop this skill further

You don't get tired of intensive communication

Comfortable with monotonous, repetitive tasks

Attentiveness when working with large volumes of information

Public speaking/presentation experience will be a plus (professional experience not required)

HR experience (recruiting, HR administration, HR generalist, etc.) will be a plus

English level: Upper-intermediate and higher
