This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact.\nAbout the role:\nWe’re looking for a Customer Support Agent who genuinely cares about people and enjoys turning questions and challenges into positive customer experiences.\nAs part of the Lev Haolam team, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for our customers, helping them with subscriptions, orders, accounts, and general questions. You’ll represent the Lev Haolam brand in every interaction and help make sure our customers feel heard, valued, and connected to what we do.\nWhat you will do:\nHandle inbound and outbound customer communications, primarily by phone (approximately 60%) and email (approximately 40%).\n\nProvide friendly, empathetic, and efficient support for questions related to subscriptions, orders, billing, accounts, and shipping.\n\nManage customer accounts, billing, and shipping information using Zoho CRM and ERP systems (Priority, Odoo).\n\nHandle customer calls using JustCall and Zoho Voice.\n\nWork closely with Logistics, Marketing, and IT to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.\n\nModerate and engage with customers across our social media platforms.\n\nIdentify recurring customer issues and proactively suggest ways to improve processes and the customer experience.\n\nHelp ensure every customer interaction reflects Lev Haolam’s values and commitment to our community.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nAt least 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, call center, or a similar customer-facing role.\n\nExcellent English communication skills (C1+) - both written and spoken.\n\nBasic Hebrew (A1-A2) is an advantage, but not required.\n\nGenuine empathy and a people-first approach to customer interactions.\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\n\nA proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership.\n\nComfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes.\n\nA genuine interest in growing with the team and contributing to a meaningful mission.\n\nWork Conditions\nRemote-first, full-time position\n\nWorking hours: Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM Israel time\n\nCooperation under a B2B / independent contractor agreement, or employment in Israel\n\n24 paid vacation days per year\n\nWhy Join Us?\n At Lev Haolam, your work has real meaning.
