This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact.\nAbout the role:\nWe are looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and provide day-to-day technical support to employees at our warehouse and other company sites.\nIn this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, helping employees resolve technical problems and keeping workstations, printers, network equipment, and other IT assets running smoothly. You will also collaborate closely with our remote IT team, documenting incidents, escalating complex issues, and helping improve our internal IT processes.\nThis position is ideal for someone with practical troubleshooting skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently in a hands-on operational environment.\nWhat you will do:\nProvide first-line IT support: Troubleshoot Windows PCs, user accounts and access, two-factor authentication (2FA), Wi-Fi, routers, and computer peripherals.\n\nSupport printing operations: Troubleshoot standard and label printers, resolve basic BarTender issues, and manage printing supplies. Escalate complex incidents to the remote IT team.\n\nMaintain IT infrastructure: Manage network cabinets, cabling, equipment labeling, and Wi-Fi access points. Install cameras and other equipment according to approved instructions and safety procedures.\n\nManage IT equipment: Maintain accurate records of equipment, including serial numbers, locations, and assigned users. Prepare workstations for new employees and coordinate small IT purchases with the appropriate approval.\n\nDocument incidents and requests: Record all IT requests and independently identified issues in ClickUp in English, including the location, requester, business impact, photos where relevant, troubleshooting steps, time spent, and resolution status.\n\nCollaborate with the remote IT team: Translate requests and technical information from Hebrew into English, provide clear incident reports, and escalate issues when necessary.\n\nImprove IT processes: Create troubleshooting checklists, basic standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment location documentation.\n\nIdentify recurring issues: Share weekly summaries of common incidents and suggest practical improvements to prevent recurring problems.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nAt least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience, with practical troubleshooting skills being more important than job title or formal seniority.\n\nWorking knowledge of Windows PCs, printers, and computer peripherals.\n\nBasic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, and network cabling.\n\nWorking proficiency in Hebrew, both spoken and written.\n\nSufficient English proficiency to communicate with the remote IT team, manage tickets, and prepare technical documentation.\n\nStrong organizational skills and a consistent approach to ticket documentation and time tracking.\n\nAbility to work independently, prioritize issues based on their operational impact, and recognize when escalation is necessary.\n\nWillingness to perform hands-on installation and maintenance tasks, including working at height when required and following appropriate safety procedures.\n\nAvailability to work on-site daily and travel between company sites when needed.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with label printers and BarTender software.\n\nFamiliarity with Check Point network security equipment.\n\nExperience providing IT support in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment.\n\nBasic PowerShell knowledge.\n\nWork Conditions\nLocation: On-site, Neve Daniel, Israel.\n\nEmployment type: Full-time, with employment under an Israeli employment arrangement.\n\nWorking hours: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Israel time, with 1-2 hours of flexibility.\n\nWork environment: A hands-on operational role with regular interaction with warehouse employees and close collaboration with a remote IT team.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n At Lev Haolam, your work has real meaning.
