Find your fit - and your future.\nSummary of the role:\nWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Analyst to join our SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience as Analyst with an interest in business processes, sales operations, and SAP systems. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.\nAbout the role:\nBusiness Process Support\nWork closely with business users to understand requirements and operational challenges.\nAssist in documenting business processes, requirements, and solutions.\nSupport process improvements and standardization initiatives.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and IT.\nData Analysis & Problem Solving\nInvestigate system and business process issues.\nAnalyze data using SAP and Microsoft Excel.\nSupport validation and data quality activities.\nPrepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making.\nLearning & Development\nShadow experienced team members and gradually take ownership of assigned activities.\nContinuously develop functional and technical knowledge.\nSAP OTC Support\nSupport day-to-day SAP OTC activities.\nAssist in monitoring and resolving production support issues and service requests.\nAnalyze pricing, sales order, billing, and customer master data issues.\nParticipate in incident investigation and root cause analysis.\nSupport testing activities for system enhancements, changes, and projects.\nAbout you:\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in:\nInformation Technology\nRelated disciplines\nExperience\n2 to 4 years as Analyst\nExperience in business operations, ERP systems, sales support, customer service, supply chain, or IT support is an advantage.\nStrong academic performance and demonstrated learning ability are encouraged to apply.\nFunctional Skills\nBasic understanding of business processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to investigate issues and identify root causes.\nGood understanding of Microsoft Excel.\nBehavioral Competencies\nPositive attitude and strong willingness to learn.\nSelf-motivated and proactive.\nAbility to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nTeam-oriented mindset.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.\nDemonstrated curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to SAP ERP or other ERP solutions.\nBasic knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.\nExposure to sales operations, or customer master data management.\nExperience supporting business applications.\nFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA is beneficial but not required.\nSuccess Profile\nThe ideal candidate is someone who:\nHas a strong learning mindset and growth potential.\nIs eager to build a career in SAP and business systems.\nCan quickly absorb new concepts and apply them effectively.\nIs comfortable collaborating with global teams.\nDemonstrate initiative rather than waiting for instructions.\nCore Values:\nExhibit core company behaviors that focus on how we at LS&Co. operate together day to day regardless of level, function or location\nKnow the Business; Own the Result; Company First; Be Part of the Solution; Lead by Example\nBenefits:\n We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
