You will work alongside senior engineers to support Planning, Allocation, Forecasting, Inventory, and Supply Chain platforms while contributing to automation, observability, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role provides exposure to enterprise-scale cloud operations, DevSecOps, AI-enabled operations, Azure services, SAP integrations, and modern Site Reliability Engineering practices.\nAbout the Job\nMonitor the health, availability, and performance of Planning, Allocation, Forecasting, Inventory, and related Digital Planning & Foundations platforms.\nSupport production operations through incident triage, issue investigation, service restoration, and execution of runbooks and operational procedures.\nAssist with troubleshooting application, integration, batch job, and data flow issues while partnering with engineering, cloud, security, SAP, SAS, and vendor teams.\nContribute to observability and operational excellence through monitoring, alert management, dashboard maintenance, deployment validation, and release readiness activities.\nSupport automation and continuous improvement initiatives using scripting, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise support tools.\nAbout You\n1+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Application Operations, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Enterprise Platform Operations\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nFamiliarity with Azure cloud services, monitoring tools, enterprise application support, and IT service management processes.\nHands-on experience with SQL, scripting, troubleshooting, data analysis, or supporting enterprise applications.\nExposure to Python, PowerShell, automation tools, API integrations, or
