The role leads teams, partners with business stakeholders, and drives scalable, AI-enabled operational excellence across regions.\nAbout the Job\nThis role ensures critical Distribution & Logistics technology platforms remain reliable, scalable, and ready to support global operations. The Director leads modernization of reliability and production support practices, advancing automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nDefine and lead the global reliability strategy, support model, and continuous improvement roadmap for Distribution & Logistics technology platforms.\nLead managers, engineers, vendors, and partners to improve service performance, incident response, operational readiness, and system stability.\nOversee service performance, risk management, major incident response, executive communications, and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships.\nAdvance AI-enabled support, automation, observability, and knowledge management practices to improve efficiency and service quality.\nEstablish and maintain standards for incident, problem, change, release, business continuity, and disaster recovery processes.\nDevelop organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.\nAbout You\nSignificant leadership experience in technology operations, systems reliability engineering, application support, or supply chain technology. \nStrong understanding of distribution, warehousing, transportation, and logistics operations, including peak-season and business-critical environments. \nExperience using operational metrics and service performance data to drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. \nProven ability to navigate organizational change, guide senior stakeholders, and deliver performance across global environments. \nPassion for leveraging AI tools. \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. \n10+ years of experience in technology operations, systems reliability engineering, enterprise application support, service management, or supply chain technology. \nExperience leading global teams, vendors, and strategic partners while driving operational excellence across reliability engineering, production support, service management, modernization, and transformation initiatives. \nExperience supporting Distribution & Logistics technologies, including WMS, TMS, LMS, WFM, integration, reporting, and automation platforms. Familiarity with solutions such as Manhattan, Centiro, UKG, MuleSoft, Talend, SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, Azure, SQL Server, Oracle, or comparable technologies. \nStrong ability to translate technical risks, opportunities, and investments into business outcomes. \nHow You'll Make an Impact\nStrengthen the reliability,, and performance of critical global Distribution & Logistics platforms. \nReduce operational risk and business disruption through disciplined service management and continuous improvement. \nAccelerate adoption of AI-enabled and data-driven support practices that improve efficiency and service quality. \nBuild a scalable reliability engineering organization equipped to support future business growth. \nThis is an onsite work schedule based in our Henderson, NV location. You will be expected in office at least 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.\nThe expected starting salary range for this role is $148,600 - $217,900 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.\nLevi Strauss & Co.
