You will independently manage production support activities, resolve complex technical issues, and partner with engineering and business teams to improve service reliability and operational excellence across application and infrastructure environments.\nAbout the Job\nManage production incidents and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact across Retail Technology services. \nPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions that improve platform reliability, stability, and long-term service performance. \nSupport production releases, service transitions, and operational readiness activities to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support of technology solutions. \nDrive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce recurring support issues. \nCollaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to identify reliability risks, optimize platform performance, and promote engineering best practices. \nAbout You\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. \n6+ years of experience in Application Reliability, Infrastructure Operations, Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering, or Retail Technology environments. \nExperience supporting enterprise applications or infrastructure within a global production environment. \nStrong knowledge of incident management, problem management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support processes. \nExperience with monitoring, observability, automation, and operational support technologies, including scripting and modern engineering tools. \nTechnical Skills: Retail Platforms & Store Technology: Xstore, Xoffice, Point of Sale, ORCE, MPOS, RFID, Omnichannel, Retail Store Systems, Network, and Infrastructure;
