You will guide a team of Store Platform Engineers while partnering across Retail Operations, Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Reliability Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure store technology solutions. This role reports to the Senior Manager, SRE & Platform Engineering.\nAbout the Job\nLead and develop a high-performing Store Platform Engineering team, driving engineering excellence, mentoring talent, and supporting business priorities.\nDefine and execute the roadmap for store technology platforms, including endpoint management, device lifecycle management, platform modernization, and global technology standards.\nDrive automation, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and support experiences across the retail environment.\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and intuitive technology platforms that support store associates and customer experiences globally.\nEstablish engineering governance, vendor management practices, and platform standards that improve reliability, consistency, and long-term operational performance.\nAbout You\n10-12 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, Retail Technology, or Enterprise Technology environments.\nExperience leading and developing technical engineering teams in large-scale, distributed environments.\nStrong expertise in endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and retail technology platforms.\nExperience delivering automation, self-service, platform modernization, and technology standardization initiatives.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nEngineering Leadership (Strategy, Delivery, Talent Development, Governance)\nEndpoint & Device Engineering (Intune, Workspace ONE, SCCM, Endpoint Management)\nStore Technology Platforms (POS, Store Systems, Retail Infrastructure)\nPlatform Engineering (Modernization, Standardization, Lifecycle Management)\nAutomation & AI (Copilot, Self-Service, AI Solutions, Automation)\nEOE M/F/Disability/Vets\nLOCATION\nRemote - USAFULL TIME/PART TIME\nFull timeFILL DATE\nThis position is expected to be filled by 01/17/2027.
